Role: Customer Service Officer

Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
Previous Experience:
- Min. 1 year experience in the Forwarding/Logistics industry or related field.
Job Description:
- Handle import and export documentation
- Take incoming and outgoing calls to customers regarding their orders
- Coordinate between customers and related parties
Skills:
- Possess the ability to handle different people with patience and empathy
- Strong attention to detail
- Good English communication skills.
- Confident in using English over the phone
Requirements:
- Flexibility in work schedule (you may be required to be on call after business hours due to the nature of this role)
